Consider joining our high-performing and privately-owned firm with a dynamic culture and a strong national reputation as a Senior Consultant in our Strategic Planning Service Line within our Strategic & Transaction Services (STS) Program.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide innovative, executive level strategic and financial advisory services to healthcare and academic organizations (e.
g., hospitals, health systems, clinically integrated provider networks, physician enterprises, medical schools)
- Manage multiple client engagements, produce the highest quality work products, and provide excellent customer service
- Actively contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including publishing articles
- Mentor and develop staff consultants
- Collaborate with PYA Consulting programs and service lines to support and deliver on new engagements
- Play an active role in the development of the Strategic & Transaction Solutions Program and the firm
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s-level degree preferred
- 2+ years of healthcare strategy consulting experience in a professional services firm and / or within a health system strategic planning / decision support department
- 2+ years client relationship experience
- Demonstrated innovative thinker, intellectual curiosity, problem solver
- Demonstrated acumen in market and financial analysis and translating data to information to recommendations
- Working understanding of the healthcare industry and its drivers (e.g., hospitals, physicians, payers, purchasers)
- Willingness and ability to travel for client projects and development opportunities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team to develop solutions
- Passion for helping clients achieve success
- Demonstrated track record in project management and leadership
