Mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) Project Manager

We're searching for a Mechanical Project Manager to join our team! In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the planning, design, and execution of HVAC and plumbing systems in a variety of high-profile projects across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Project Management : Oversee mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Coordination : Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Budget & Schedule Management : Develop project schedules, manage budgets, and ensure all mechanical systems (HVAC and plumbing) meet client specifications.
- Client Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing updates, and addressing any project-related concerns.
- Quality Control : Conduct inspections and ensure all installations are compliant with local codes and industry standards.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Documentation : Maintain thorough project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Travel : Travel to project sites across various locations as needed to oversee installations, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications :
- Experience : 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC and plumbing, with a solid track record of managing commercial or industrial projects.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certifications : PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, codes, and industry practices.
