Key ResponsibilitiesManage network partnerships to ensure operational excellence and build trust within the payments ecosystemTriage and investigate payment escalations, providing timely responses to partnersCollaborate with internal stakeholders to drive implementation of optimizations and new payment ideasRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in the payments industry at a bank, network, acquirer, fintech, or similar companyStrong understanding of the end-to-end payments ecosystem and regulatory environmentExperience working cross-functionally with various teams to identify and prioritize opportunitiesExperience driving continuous improvement projects and uncovering optimizationsExposure to working with multiple external partners in the payments supply chain
