LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented temporary Administrative Executive Assistant to join our client’s team at a leading medical equipment manufacturing company located in Carlsbad.

Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with the organization and execution of company events and meetings, including logistics and documentation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate departments
Maintain and organize filing systems for records and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and up-to-date information
Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the office remains well-stocked and organized
Support various administrative functions as needed, including data entry, document management, and office organization
Qualifications :
At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Working Hours : 40 hours per week

Monday- Friday
8 : 00am-5 : 00pm PST
No overtime hours
