As a Staffing & Recruiting Sales Director, you will be an integral part of this transformation, playing a pivotal role in bringing our groundbreaking solutions to market and shaping the future of work.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Pioneer the future of Human Capital Solutions : You will be at the forefront of introducing Coeadapt's innovative solutions to clients, showcasing how our data-driven approach can revolutionize their talent management strategies.
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients : You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their business needs and challenges to provide customized solutions that drive measurable results.
  • Build and nurture relationships : You will build strong and enduring relationships with clients and candidates, fostering trust and collaboration that extend beyond individual transactions.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making : You will advocate for the power of data and analytics in shaping hiring decisions, helping clients make informed choices that optimize their talent acquisition strategies.
  • Drive revenue and growth : You will play a key role in Coeadapt's growth trajectory, generating leads, closing deals, and expanding our client base.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales : You possess a demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Deep understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry : You have a comprehensive understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry, staying abreast of trends and innovations that shape the future of work.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills : You can articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, captivating audiences with your passion and expertise.
  • Strong relationship-building skills : You excel at cultivating trust and rapport with clients and candidates, building long-lasting partnerships that drive mutual success.
  • Data-driven mindset : You appreciate the power of data and analytics in informing decision-making, seeking opportunities to leverage insights to enhance client solutions.
