Our client, a prominent and expanding commercial restoration company, is seeking exceptional candidates for the role of Business Development / Project Manager.
We are collaborating to identify skilled professionals with a strong background in either commercial or residential restoration.

Key Requirements :
- Experience : 5-7+ years in Project Management and Business Development
- Education : High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Xactimate : Experience preferred
- IICRC Certifications : Fire, Water, and Mold qualifications strongly encouraged
- Industry Experience : Commercial / Residential construction and reconstruction / mitigation background
- Skills : Highly motivated, proactive, and adept at creative problem-solving
- Travel : Willingness to travel required
