Mission

The principal mission is to support the Supply Chain Information Systems in analyzing data and working with Marketing to understand the data.

The position will work with the Supply Chain Manager to provide analysis of processes and procedures and make recommendations based on educational knowledge.

  • Manage, maintain, and audit technical data related to the Supply Chain Information Systems, material control, and production planning master data.
  • Create and manage audit procedures to ensure data accuracy between physical flow and systems.
  • Ensure interface for new products introduction, engineering changes, and end of life with the Supply Chain Information System.
  • Anticipate possible technical and system problems, proposing solutions and recommendations.
  • Support new projects.

ResponsibilitiesData Analysis and Reporting :

  • Review the data correctness entered into Information System by auditing process.
  • Analyze products, flow materials, inventory, and scheduling methods to assess the best structure and settings of these data according to the Group recommendations.
  • Review and update on time all changes in the procedure for production data creation in conjunction with the Marketing and Sales team.
  • Review and initiate the keying of new components and products.
  • Create and update locations, packaging, and labels in the Supply Chain Information Systems.

Process Improvements :

  • Land and monitor the settings and parameters of the information systems relevant to the Division.
  • Analyze Inventory GAPs and make recommendations.

Education / Training

  • Engineer or equivalent.
  • Technical with experience in Supply Chain Management.
