Nexeo HR is seeking a Manufacturing Technician. This is a Day shift working Monday Friday 7 : 30am-3 : 30pm. In this role, you will manufacture and assemble bioprocess containers in a cleanroom environment, ensuring high-quality standards are met while adhering to safety protocols and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment by closely following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and blueprints / drawings.
• Operate machinery, assemble tubing / connectors, package, and inspect products.
• Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting mutual inspections, correcting errors, and documenting issues.
• Accurately record information in Production Control Documents (PCD).
• Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement activities including Practical Process Improvements (PPI) and 5S.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with training and mentoring.
• Proactively complete training and adhere to schedules to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years in production preferred, not required.
• Good communication (verbal and written).
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable in following procedures and meeting goals.
• Must follow specific gowning requirements (gloves, cleanroom attire, face protection).
• Work in a controlled cleanroom (humidity over 30%, temperature 60º-70º).
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks; PPE and chemical safety awareness required.

$19.00 - $20.50 Per Hour

Schedule

Day shift Monday Friday 7 : 30am - 3 : 30pm
