Aretum, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior HR Business Partner to join our team.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives and providing strategic HR guidance and support to our employees and managers.

Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to understand their organizational needs, challenges, and objectives, and develop HR strategies to support business goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Lead and manage HR initiatives and projects, such as policy development, employee engagement programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HR laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Partner with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs, policies, and processes that support the company's culture and values.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR practices and processes.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
- Understanding of OFCCP Compliance.
- Strong Knowledge of Employee Relations.
- Strong Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, COBRA, and ADA Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience working in the government contracting or related industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
