Overview
Reports to : Consumer Lending Administration Supervisor
Functions Supervised : None
Primary Functions : Teller and other administrative support of all Consumer Lending department functions (lending departments include consumer loan origination, servicing, and collection teams).
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Perform teller related functions include check and transfer posting.
2. Perform balancing functions for individual GL accounts as assigned.
3. Perform teller transactions, general demographic changes, and other file maintenance on lending, collection, and servicing software.
4. Receive and distribute mail and update member account information.
5. Responsible for assigned data entry and timely and accurate preparation of documents for Consumer Lending departments, including but not limited to payment requests for department vendors.
6. Maintain credit union records relating to board reports and negotiable items.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education : High school graduate or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education : Not Applicable
Experience / Skills : Six months of general office work experience with some knowledge of lending or loan servicing preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills required. Working familiarity with MS Office suite.
Tenure : Consumer Lending Administration Specialist II or III, Category 15 or 14, requires proven acceptable performance standards at the discretion of management.
Directly related work experience and / or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.

Salary Pay Range :
- Consumer Lending Operations Administration Specialist I (Category 16) : $36,582 - $51,947 annually
- Consumer Lending Operations Administration Specialist II (Category 15) : $38,412 - $55,312 annually
- Consumer Lending Operations Administration Specialist III (Category 14) : $41,484 - $60,567 annually
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
