About this role : Wells Fargo is seeking a Systems Architect Manager, Information Security for the Enterprise Architecture Team as a part of Wells Fargo Technology.

Learn more about career areas and current lines of business at www.wellsfargo.com In this role, you will : Manage and lead a team of senior security architects to develop and maintain the security architecture for business systems, infrastructure and corporate architectures including Information and Cyber Security organization.

Provide strategic architecture direction focusing on product and journey-based architecture for Information & Cyber Security and security architecture for enterprise business products and services.

Collaborate and consult with executive / senior leadership and Lines of Business (LOB) partners to understand business needs and goals, and to influence and evolve innovative, effective security architecture solutions to meet those needs.

Identify information security, compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas. Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Lead component architecture development and participate in enterprise architecture activity with a focus on information & cyber security Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas Provide regulatory support Work under minimal supervision Provide back-up for others and may provide training or work direction to less experienced staff.

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Architecture & Engineering Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Required Qualifications, US : 4+ years of Information and Cyber Security architecture as well as Technology Architecture & Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years of Leadership experience Desired Qualifications : Experience in product and journey based architecture and strategy Experience designing architecture and implementing technology solutions for information and cyber security, security architecture for line of business products and services and technology products and services.

Knowledge and understanding of core information security domains such as identity and access management, cloud security, cyber defense, devsecops, cyber defense and information protection.

Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.

Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams in a change driven environment.

Ability to manage initiatives related to the following : architecture roadmap that aligns with business strategy and the broader architecture community;

capacity planning, consolidation and rationalization; related emerging technology assessment and incubation. Experience with Agile.

Pay Range : San Francisco, California : $133,300 - $ 237,100 annually Concord. California : $133,300 - $ 237,100 annually North Brunswick, New Jersey : $133,300 - $ 237,100 annually May require up to 25% travel Willingness to work on-site at the location listed Position not visa eligible This is a full-time employee position.
