What to Expect?

The Manager, Digital Marketing develops and oversees the execution of our digital marketing roadmap and strategies, as well as runs the day-to-day operations and optimization of paid media, email / SMS, organic social media, and website and app content and conversions.

On a daily basis our Digital Marketing Manager :

Works with Director to develop a strategic digital roadmap and oversees the implementation of our digital marketing plan with the goal of building the Pinch A Penny brand awareness, increasing consumer engagement, and driving conversions in the form of retail foot traffic and service leads.

Drives national and local digital marketing efforts for the Pinch A Penny brand and independent franchisees

Oversees franchise development efforts across all digital channels

Establishes digital marketing priorities and set campaign objectives, budget, and relevant KPIs; optimize web and app strategy based on performance and opportunity gains.

Works closely with IT teams to feed a strategic development pipeline that’s in line with the digital marketing roadmap.

Conducts market research and competitor analysis to define realistic goals and identify more effective approaches to our digital marketing efforts.

Creates guidelines for content production to ensure uniform brand messaging across all digital channels.

Tracks campaign analytics and translates data into actionable insights that will help us optimize campaign performance and create more effective campaigns in the future

Prepares reports on campaign performance, behavior trends, or online traffic metrics and presents them to the rest of the team and senior leadership

Other job-related duties as assigned

What You Will Need :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline preferred

5+ years of digital marketing experience in a leadership role overseeing the development and implementation of a strategic digital marketing plan, inclusive of content development, media management, paid search, email, SMS and performance marketing

Franchise experience a plus

Experience forecasting and identifying trends and challenges

Expert knowledge of established and emerging search, social and programmatic platforms

Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail

Ability to deliver strong, clear communication to vendors and internal employees

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting new products by a proven large-scale media property

Digital Marketing Certifications and experience preferred

Demonstrated experience with lead generation campaigns leveraging SEO, SEM, social (integrated digital media) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics

Strong SEO, SEM and content marketing experience, including researching, planning and executing organic search campaigns
