The CNA Experience at Willamette View

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) here, you'll be the hero our residents need. You'll deliver hands-on care while respecting their dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

Your mission? Maintain high standards of care that honor each resident's rights and individuality. You'll be the go-to person for organizing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Use mechanical lifts for transfers as needed, help residents with meals, and communicate with a resident-centered, active listening approach.

You'll report any changes in a resident's health, cognition, or behavior and stick to all safety and infection control procedures.

Plus, you'll take on other tasks as needed to keep our community running smoothly.

What You Need to Join Us

Got a certified nursing assistant training course under your belt and a valid Oregon CNA license? Perfect! You'll need to be able to read, write, and understand English to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

We're looking for team players who can follow directions and deliver top-notch customer service.

At Willamette View, we believe in treating our team right. You'll enjoy a pay range of $21.00-24.00 per hour plus shift differential, depending on shift and experience.
