We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers.

$16 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed
- Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
- Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
- Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
- Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
- Oversee all listings new and existing
- Enter data into various formats
- Review and organize photos after shoots and upload them into MLS
- Upload document supplements
- Keep track of signage and lock boxes
- Mail out future seller newsletters
- Send customer service videos
- Assign courier duties for various tasks
- Work with agents on listing throughout the process
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
- Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
- Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
- Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
