Job Description

Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project milestones. Supervise and coordinate daily operations of construction crews and subcontractors. Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications throughout the construction process. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and compliance with local codes and regulations. Foster strong relationships with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent - Construction should have :
