The Inside Sales Consultant is a pivotal role that ensures all leads and sales communications are managed timely, effectively, and professionally including but not limited to answering client inquiries, facilitating a sales transaction, and working with our logistics teams to ensure the very best client experience!

Job Functions

• Determining customers moving needs and the ability to sell other services.
• Answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls and replying to web-based sales leads.
• Ability to navigate various tabs on computer at one time.
• Coordinate onsite sales appointments for outside sales representatives.
• Knowledge of the State of Florida (cities, counties).
• Ability to address any objections the customer may have and to be able to sell the features and benefits of our services.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Well organized
• Enthusiastic about delivering a great customer experience.
• Willingness to make customers for life.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of inside or outside sales experience dealing directly with customers. (REQUIRED)
• Experience in a closing sales position.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to learn quickly.
• Technologically proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Must possess a positive attitude.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Close sales and achieve or exceed sales goals set monthly.
• Needs to have excellent follow-up skills.
• The ideal candidate should have a track record of achieving sales goals and be motivated by results.
• Must possess a college degree.
• Bilingual (good to have but not required)
• Inside Sales Call Center is open from 7am-9pm, 7 days a week, hours do rotate.

Competitive compensation package, which includes but is not limited to commission, bonus incentives and benefit options.
