Job Overview
As a Counter Server / Front-of-House (FOH) Team Member, you will be the face of our company and the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Warmly greeting guests as they enter and leave the restaurant
- Accurately describing dishes and making appropriate recommendations
- Correctly entering orders into our Point-of-Sale system
- Processing payments and serving food or beverages at the counter
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Providing quick, friendly, and accurate service
- May be requested to run food to guests tables, clear tables and keep all aspects of the dining room area clean.
Qualifications

- Prior customer service experience
- A true people person providing exceptional and gracious service
- Experience working with a Point-of-Sale system
- Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Competency in counting money and processing payments
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in stressful situations

Average Rate : $17 / hour (Average rate includes hourly wage + average hourly tip earnings)
