Angular/Python Developer

Position Description :

This position is located in either our Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Columbus, OH offices with work performed at client site in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Columbus;

however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

CGI is looking for a mid-level experienced Angular / Python Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of our client's enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with proficiency in Angular for the front-end and Python for the back-end.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• Design, development, coding, testing, debugging of software and production deployment activities
• Ensures that software meets or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
• Prepares technical and procedural documentation required
• Work and contribute as part of an agile team
• Engage with internal, customer and other 3rd party stakeholders on day-to-day basis as part of project development and implementation activities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

• 4-7 years overall experience in software development and deployments
• Excellent communication and client facing skills
• Good knowledge of Python
• Good knowledge of UI development (Angular)
• Good knowledge on Dev-ops
• Hands on development experience in relational databases, specifically MySQL
• Strong interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,-$,
