Job Description : - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the surgical unit. - Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient care, treatment, and rehabilitation. - Administer medications, monitor responses, and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. - Assist in developing patient care plans and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention. - Commit to continuous professional development and maintain up-to-date knowledge in medical surgical nursing.
- Participate in the orientation program for 16 non-billable hours. Note : Request Time Off (RTO) must be declared upfront and will not be approved if submitted after the candidate is presented to the facility.
