Full-Time Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice Attorney

Well-known, well respected Long Island plaintiff's personal injury firm seeks Medical Malpractice attorney with a minimum of 5-10 years experience ready for the next step up.

Trial experience is a significant factor or at a minimum, must have complete knowledge of trial preparation, and also must have second-seated another attorney at trial.

Candidate must be willing to conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and carry a case load involving very frequent client contact. As to depositions, must thoroughly prepare plaintiffs, and conduct defendant depositions not as a fact-finding mission, but with the goal of putting the case into a position for settlement at maximum value, or to gain great leverage for the plaintiff at trial.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
