Now looking to grow our team, we are adding a Crew Supervisor .
No two days are ever the same, but most days will include the following responsibilities :
- Lead all site projects from start to completion, on time and budget, and in accordance with all technical / safety criteria
- Proactively coordinate and communicate progress, needs, and potential outcomes with subs and internal leadership
- Accurate reporting of progress, time use, reporting, COs, etc
You’re a good fit for us if you have / are :
- 5+ years of civil / site supervision experience, with a track record of successful projects in such areas as trenching, boring, erosion control, roadway, excavation, or other horizontal development
- Proficient in PM / job-related software
