We are seeking a full-time Credentialed Medical Assistant to join our Urogynecology Division located at Providence Plaza Medical Center in NE Portland, with coverage at our St.

Vincent location as needed. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.

Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for an experienced candidate with a friendly demeanor, great positive attitude, and customer-focused work ethic.

Candidates must have the ability to multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and be able to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced office.

Primary duties include rooming patients, completing MIPS, performing triage-related tasks, and assisting with overall delivery of patient care.

Workdays will be Monday-Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm (40 hours a week).

Hiring pay based on open position, experience, and credentials :

Level I - $21.66- $29.30 per hour.

Level II - $23.82 - $32.23 per hour.

Level III - $26.21 - $35.46 per hour.

Placement within levels based on specialty group, experience, additional duties.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Qualifications :

  • New Grads Welcome to apply! Must be certified within 60 days
  • Previous Urogyn, OBGYN, or urology experience is preferred.
  • Certification from a national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, etc).
  • Current CPR / BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to patients, staff and physicians.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.
