Talent Acquisition
- Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Job Postings : Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
- Screening : Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Interviewing : Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for candidate selection.
- Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Employer Branding : Enhance the company's employer brand to attract potential candidates.
- Talent Pipeline : Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Compliance : Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Compensation Analysis
- Market Research : Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards.
- Salary Surveys : Participate in and analyze salary surveys to inform compensation decisions.
- Pay Structures : Develop and maintain equitable and competitive pay structures.
- Job Evaluations : Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate salary grades and levels.
- Compensation Plans : Design and implement compensation plans, including base pay, incentives, and bonuses.
- Policy Development : Develop and update compensation policies and procedures.
- Data Analysis : Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
General HR Responsibilities
- Employee Relations : Address employee relations issues and provide support to resolve conflicts.
- Policy Implementation : Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development : Coordinate training and development programs for employee skill enhancement.
- Performance Management : Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
- HR Reporting : Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management review.
- Benefits Administration : Manage employee benefits programs and ensure effective administration.
- Legal Compliance : Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
- HR Systems : Maintain HR information systems and ensure data accuracy and security.

Requirements
Education : BS in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred
Professional HR (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications preferred.?
- Experience : 6+ years' experience preferred
- Experience working in start-up environments is preferred; the individual should be able to work towards tight deadlines and changing requests.
- Work cross-functionally on ad hoc projects and process improvement
- Technical Skills : Experience with PEOs, advanced Excel Skills preferred.
- Knowledge : Strong understanding of EEO
