Now Hiring! CNC Machinist III ( senior) for a 1st shift 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm or 2nd shift 3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm

Pay Range : $26-$34 ( DIRECT HIRE!)

Must be able to read blueprints, drawings, charts & tables. Needs to be able to edit programs and write simple programs. Needs to work to dimensions and tolerances provided by blueprints.

Set up, operate and maintain a variety of machine tools. Monitor the speed and feed of machines during the machining process.

Able to edit programs and write simple programs. Must have both CNC and Manual experience.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments for each job
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation
• Familiarity with mechanical principles and machining techniques
• Experience operating Mazatrol controls is preferred
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
• Experience with tooling selection, assembly, and maintenance
• Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
