Temp Customer Service Representative
AHF Products has a temporary job opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to be located in Mountville, PA. This role will pay $18.
00 an hour and will be Monday Friday 8-4 : 30 or 8-5.
JOB DUTIES :
- Use order data sent from website to Hubspot as source for order entry into M3
- Order details emailed from Hubspot to Customer Service mailbox real time for manual entry
- Organizes emails into folders in mailbox for ease of tracking, i.e. to be entered, waiting for tracking, complete
- Enters order. Agreed it is okay if turnaround time for sample fulfillment is delayed slightly due to temporary manual process.
- Monitors orders for tracking #. We can create an adhoc report to be run on a tbd schedule to help identify orders / tracking #’s.
- Clicks Hubspot link on email to go to that record in Hubspot to enter ship tracking # (this assumes we send orders real time)
- Ships confirmation email triggered out of Hubspot and sent to customer
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Superior verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- A commitment to consistently exceed the customer's expectations.
- Excellent listening skills and problem-solving skills relative to customer inquiries.
- Ability to prioritize workload and perform multiple tasks at once.
- Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in operating a PC with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
