About the Job

As our Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for directing strategic projects for the CEO and ensuring that projects led by the CEO's direct reports are on-point, on-schedule, and of high quality.

You will provide guidance, remove hurdles, and manage financial models to support the CEO in our fundraising efforts. Additionally, you will build and manage partnerships with banks, HCIT firms, RCM firms, associations, and other go-to-market alliances as directed by the CEO.

A critical aspect of your role will involve continuously considering the cost-benefit of project scope and coordinating with managers to maintain this perspective.

You will ensure the quality and timeliness of third-party projects involving client partners, vendors, attorneys, and accountants.

You will also have direct responsibility for designing and executing special projects and standardizing operating processes.

Your duties will include accompanying the CEO in meetings related to these tasks to understand and document action items and achieve team deliverables.

Keeping the CEO focused on his highest priorities and handling other projects and objectives as assigned from time to time will also be part of your responsibilities.

What you'll do :

  • Collaborate with the CEO to complete final business diligence and operational planning.
  • Partner with the talent team on sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring the team.
  • Coordinate operational, legal, marketing, partnerships, FP&A, and other foundational components of growing Stitch.
  • Assist product & growth teams with execution of experiments as needed.
  • Partner with the CEO on marketing, product, and design functions to refine and begin executing on the go-to-market strategy.

What you'll need :

  • 4-8 years of experience in a healthcare investing, research, consulting, or strategic operations role.
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate business education is preferred.
  • Experience managing critical external relationships and negotiations with vendors, suppliers, investors, candidates, and other key partners.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

What you'll bring to the table :

  • You have hands-on financial modeling skills (Excel / Google Spreadsheets) and presentation acumen (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
  • You have operational planning skills to help the business launch and receive a Series A funding.
  • You have the experience in identifying, building and managing key partnerships necessary to drive growth.
  • You have the ability to organize and communicate effectively in a highly ambiguous environment.

Additional Information

Full-time base salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 plus equity & benefits.
