Job Summary :
Big O Tires is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Lube Technician to join our team in Castle Pines, Colorado.
As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes and tire rotations.
This is a full-time, hourly position in the PCS industry with a competitive compensation of $16 to $20 per hour paid biweekly.

Responsibilities :
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services on vehicles
- Verify that all necessary parts and supplies are in stock
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and advise customers on recommended services
- Keep track of all services performed and maintain accurate records
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and adhere to safety and environmental standards
- Collaborate with other team members to effectively complete tasks and prioritize workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
- Continuously develop technical and customer service skills through ongoing training and certifications
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in automotive maintenance or related field
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and tools
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
