- Assist with candidate due diligence to ensure completion and compliance before start date.
- Communicate onboarding information to stakeholders, managers, and new hires.
- Serve as the onboarding administrator for HRIS :
- Initiate new hire paperwork
- Complete employment verification
- Submit new hire processing requirements
- Maintain onboarding documents and communication
- Initiate additional checks for new hires.
- Research, post, and maintain job openings on third-party job boards.
- Manage Service Award and Birthday Recognition programs :
- Prepare and distribute certificates and birthday cards
- Conduct monthly inventory on supplies and notify manager for reorders
- Maintain archived records of candidate due diligence, employee documents, and weekly reports.
- Support requests for employment records for new, existing, and past employees.
- Provide administrative support for the new hire process, including form submissions and distributing welcome gifts.
- Manage apparel program by informing new hires and coordinating with relevant parties.
- Answer calls, respond to voicemails, and manage mail and email.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
