TELECOM SUPPORT SPECIALIST REMOTE
A National financial services firm is seeking an experienced Telecom Support Specialist to help the team as they go through a large migration.
The ideal Telecom Support Specialist will assist in managing the telecom and network circuits, ensuring accuracy in billing, and maintaining inventory records.
This role is crucial in supporting our ongoing MS Teams Phone deployment. In need of someone who can hit the ground running with excellent communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all Telecom and Network circuits for the company.
- Analyze voice and data invoices, investigating discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
- Utilize spreadsheets and databases to track inventory, invoice validation details, and payments.
Requirements :
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience supporting Telecom and Voice technologies
- Experience closing out previous services is a must, i.e. canceling services, following up to ensure, etc.
- MS Teams experience is a plus
- Experience working in an enterprise level environment is desired
