The Project Controls Bootcamp at Aegis is an incredible opportunity to learn project controls from experts in the field. This full-time program equips participants with the core skills needed for a career in project controls.

The Boot Camp will take up to 50 percent of the day, and the other 50 percent will be spent on client work. If you are ready for an opportunity with tremendous growth potential, join our team!

General responsibilities include :

Review project schedules and provide recommendations based on project execution goals

Perform critical path analyses and identify schedule-related problems, recommend corrective actions

Conduct site walks for progress validation and prepare monthly reporting packages for the project site team

Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support the program

Review the contractor's progress and present it to management for decision-making

Communicate project status and challenges effectively

Review and evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule

Requirements :

Two to four years of construction experience in any of the following industries,

Airports

Wastewater or water facilities

Healthcare / laboratories

Pharmaceutical

Manufacturing

Government facilities (USACE / NAFAC / public safety)

Educational (K-12 schools / higher education)

Commercial (office buildings / lodging)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Passion and commitment to learning and participating in the Boot Camp program

Additional Details :

The Bootcamp will be 50 percent of the day, and the other 50 percent will be spent working on assignments.

The program aims to launch you into a full-time scheduling role at Aegis.
