Job Description :

ExoAnalytic Solutions is seeking an exceptionally talented Electrical Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components.

• Lead the research and development of cutting-edge electrical technologies and systems including high-speed digital, analog, and / or mixed-signal circuits
• Define technical requirements and specifications for complex engineering projects
• Develop RF communication subsystems and / or components, leveraging a strong background in RF principles
• Analyze problems with existing equipment, design and implement corrective actions and modifications.
• Evaluate customer requirements, determine existing system capability to meet requirements and define, design, develop and implement system changes to meet those requirements
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate conceptual designs into practical solutions

The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, a quick learner, and must be able to adapt quickly to evolving technology and priority changes.

The candidate will also possess these basic qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or similar field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on innovation and R&D
• Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects from concept to implementation
• Expertise in advanced electrical design principles, simulation tools, and emerging technologies
• Experience with programming language such as MATLAB, Python, C, C++, Java, or similar
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on individual, as well as team-oriented tasks
• Ability to prioritize competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications :

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science
• Active Secret or TS / SCI clearance
• Experience with modeling and simulation, specifically of the RF environment
• Presenting technical and management level briefings

Salary : $200,000 - $225,000 annually

Actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations : job-related knowledge and skills, education, and years of experience.
