Lead Industrial Electrician

Starting at $34 / hour + depending on experience

This person will need to be able to lead other electricians while doing this work.
- Full Time
- Monday through Friday
Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting
- Perform electrical inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Install and repair electrical components, such as motors, transformers, switches, and circuit breakers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of electrical systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with high voltage and low voltage systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to minimize downtime
Skills :
- Minimum of 5+ years leading industrial electricians
- Ability to work in food processing, chemical, and recycling plants
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their programming
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to effectively use power tools for installation and repair work
- Experience working with high voltage systems (480V+) and low voltage systems (24V)
