The Program Manager is responsible for leading moderately complex workforce initiatives and virtual teams through the full lifecycle of project management, from discovery through implementation and business value delivery.
They will provide program management, partnership, analysis, and decision-making support to project sponsors and teams to ensure sustainable and scalable user-centric solutions are developed and implemented to successfully realize business outcomes and drive change.

Required Qualifications :
- Four years : Professional experience with HR, program or project management, project strategy and implementation background
- Four years : Demonstrated experience with independent decision making, complex facilitation, agile project management, change management, and delivering training
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree : Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Upon hire : Project Management Professional (PMP) or ACP Certification
- Upon hire : PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP
- Experience in a large, geographically dispersed, multi-state organization.
