We are hiring a Workers' Comp Attorney in Charleston so if you have Workers' Comp and strong Litigation experience, please read on!
What You Will Do
- Handle a strong caseload of Working' Comp cases
- Making the initial intakes through settlement or trial
- Draft pleadings, conduct depositions, prepare and respond to written discoveries
- Work hand in hand with clients, medical providers and opposing counsels
- Supervise paralegal & case managers day to day
What You Need
- 2+ years of Workers' Comp
- 3+ years of Litigation Experience
- J.D. or Esquire
- South Carolina BAR License
Benefits
- Competitive Base ($125,000-$150,000) + Bonus
- Bonus : Uncapped 17.5% on Fees Over $1M - Total Comp $300,000-$500,000
- 401k Match 4%
