Human Resources Representative

- Talent acquisition, sourcing, applicant tracking, onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and gathering all related documentation and key details.
- Human resources generalist duties and support.
- Assist with audits, compliance reviews and other mandatory reports. QUALIFICATIONS :
- B.A. Degree in Human Resources or a closely related field preferred; or any combination of experience, education or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required.
- Experience working for a human services organization.
- Knowledge of and / or ability to learn employment laws and regulations.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
