WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
The schedule for this position will be Tuesday from 1 : 00 pm to 9 : 30 pm, Wednesday from 1 : 00 pm to 9 : 30 pm, Friday from 1 : 00 pm to 9 : 30 pm, Saturday from 9 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm, and Sunday from 10 : 00 am to 6 : 30 pm.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a Dispatch Coordinator, you get right in the thick of things, handling urgent calls and getting our tech team where they need to be.
You're the go-to person, keeping our clients in the loop with all the updates and paperwork. You also sort out purchase orders, nab the best deals from our partners, and make sure all the billing stuff adds up.
Plus, you're the magic glue that keeps everything flowing smoothly between our night owls and day shift crew. It's a busy job and you absolutely love it!
IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY?
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of proven work experience in retail management, dispatching, project management, or customer service
- Willingness to work in the office
Preferred :
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 40+ wpm
- Experience with Apple technology
