Position Overview :

As the AWS Principal Architect, you will be at the forefront of driving disruptive, transformative solutions through a combination of AWS and Generative AI technologies.

You will leverage your deep industry expertise and executive presence to engage with CXOs and VPs, delivering strategic narratives that connect innovative engineering solutions to real-world business challenges.

This role requires a leader who can balance technical acumen with proactive thought leadership, developing scaled relationships while fostering strategic growth within the CTO organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Present technology solutions to senior stakeholders (CXOs, VPs) to optimize and improve key business programs.
• Use Generative AI and AWS technologies to drive growth and identify opportunities for improvement across business functions.
• Work closely with clients to provide engineering solutions that align with their business needs and evolving technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding discussions that position Fractal as a partner for scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring technical solutions support their business strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and guide the implementation of cloud-based data and AI solutions.

Qualifications :

10-12 years of experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record in AWS-based cloud architecture and Generative AI.

Strong executive presence, capable of engaging with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

Experience in driving growth and demonstrating proactive leadership within CTO organizations.

Extensive experience with AWS technologies, data engineering, and developing cloud-based solutions tailored to industry-specific needs.

Proven expertise in transforming on-premise solutions to the cloud.

A forward-thinker who can craft and drive long-term strategic initiatives, ensuring the alignment of technology with evolving business needs.

Pay :

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;

experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range is : $175,000 - 250,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Benefits :

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.

You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.

The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a free time PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
