BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) for our Bethlehem, PA Adult Nursing office. This office provides best in class care to clients throughout Bethlehem, PA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager :
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our Adult clients and conduct assessments in Bethlehem, PA and other surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise LPN's, RN's, and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager :
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
