Aufgaben :
- Du leitest ein Team von 3 bis 6 Berater / -innen, das an den wichtigsten strategischen Projekten aus crossfunktionalen Themengebieten arbeitet.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Stakeholdern konzipierst du Transformationsprojekte, entwickelst die Zielsetzung und managest Schnittstellen unterschiedlicher Initiativen in der Umsetzung.
- Du inspirierst dein Projektteam auf der Grundlage ihres Fachwissens und ihres Kompetenzprofils.
- Du bringst deine Managementexpertise sowie deine Beratungsmethoden ein und entwickelst jüngere Teammitglieder durch Feedback und Coaching.
- Du unterstützt das (agile) Programm- und Projektmanagement gemeinsam mit deiner Projektleitung.
- Freitage nutzt du flexibel, um projektunabhängig eigene Ideen zu entwickeln und diese umzusetzen.

Qualifikationen :
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung, vorzugsweise in einem renommierten Strategieberatungsunternehmen.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung und -design, sowie strategischem Personalmanagement, mit einem modernen Verständnis von wirkungsvollem Change-Management.
- Du brennst dafür, die Telekom noch dynamischer, effizienter und menschenzentrierter zu machen.
- Du überzeugst durch dein ausgeprägtes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken und traust dir zu, auch das Topmanagement in geschäftlichen Fragen herauszufordern und deine Punkte selbstbewusst zu vertreten.
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch (mind. C1).
