Our Admissions team plays a pivotal role in welcoming new student to the medical institution. attracting and nurturing prospective medical students.
You'll collaborate closely with the Graduate Admissions team to ensure a seamless experience for admitted students, from the moment they accept their offer to their arrival on campus.
Schedule :
There is schedule flexibility for a standard 8-hour shift between the hours of Mon-Fri 8am-6pm EST
Pay :
The starting pay ranges between $22-27 based on experience

Day in the Life :
- Streamline admissions process for new students, ensuring efficiency and timely enrollment.
- Provide exceptional communication via calls, emails, and SMS, adhering to SLAs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with accepted students, fostering a positive transition to campus life.
- Manage student conversion processes, guaranteeing adherence to timelines and expectations.
- Author clear and informative responses to student inquiries, addressing questions comprehensively.
- Partner with admissions and support teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation, upholding data integrity.
- Utilize MS Office suite and other relevant software to facilitate daily tasks.
- Proactively identify and resolve student concerns, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by offering suggestions for process optimization.
Keys to Success :
- Experience in student onboarding or success (e,g., higher education, healthcare)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in the higher education industry preferred
- Experience with customers moving abroad
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks
- Relationship management expertise, fostering trust and rapport with prospective students and university partners
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
