Job Description
Responsible for day-to-day Coffee Market operations and providing extraordinary customer service to guests, members, and associates.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for either the opening or closing of the outlet as assigned. Ensure that outlets are open on time.
- Produce quality beverages for customers such as lattes, cappuccinos, and other espresso-based drinks, blended drinks, and coffee.
- Responsible for maintaining assigned bank each shift.
- Supports new Omni Safe and Clean protocols throughout the spa to support Omni's Covid-19 related sanitation protocols.
- Alert F&B Manager of any inventory shortages or ordering needs.
- Follow up on daily projects to ensure follow through.
- Assist with physical inventory when needed.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean work area.
- Responsible for maintaining general knowledge of the hotel, including locations of dining outlets, pool, and spa to assist guests and members.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, members, management, and co-workers, both in person and by telephone.
- Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred.
- Scheduling flexibility, including willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- General knowledge of cash handling and Point of Sale systems is preferred.
- Must have and maintain current Texas Food Handlers certification.
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to lift and move moderate weights.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Working Environment :
- Indoor resort building in coffee market and retail locations.
- Occasional outdoor tasks and travel around property when needed.
