About the Role :

As a Sales Consultant at Transfinder, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion across the U.S. and Canada. We are seeking seasoned sales professionals who thrive on exceeding goals and want to contribute to our dynamic growth phase.

Our quarterly compensation plans generously reward individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive Sales : Sell Transfinder's Student Transportation Management software solution (SaaS) to school districts.
  • Manage Sales Cycle : Lead the entire sales process from discovery to closing, including software demos and pricing reviews.
  • Client Relationships : Build strong, trusting relationships with school district decision-makers.
  • Industry Expertise : Stay informed about industry trends and issues affecting school districts.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum 5+ years of inside sales experience in a technology-based company.
  • Sales Skills : Proven ability to excel in a virtual selling environment.
  • Communication : Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with SaaS sales and ideally, GPS and Telematics solutions.
  • Organization : Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Tools : Proficiency in CRM software for pipeline management.

Compensation :

  • Base Salary : $60,000 to $80,000 annually.
  • Total Earnings : First-year target earnings of $150,000 - $180,000, with top performers exceeding $300,000.
