Recruiting Coordinator - Contract - Albuquerque, NM
Proclinical is seeking an innovative and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join a dedicated team.
Primary Responsibilities :
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for candidates and our hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling both onsite and remote interviews, coordinating with all parties involved and creating and distributing interview itineraries.
Skills & Requirements :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Proven working history in an administrative support position.
- Experience scheduling complex interviews is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
The Recruiting Coordinator's responsibilities will be :
- Schedule candidate interviews with our hiring managers and teams, both onsite and remote.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams to determine availability for interviews.
- Send meeting invitations to candidates and interview teams.
- Create and distribute interview itineraries.
