Our client, a travel and hospitality company in Plantation, FL, is looking for a temp-to-perm Project Manager with a strong background in managing and trafficking social media projects.
In this role, you will be the central point of contact for project timelines, status updates, and any potential risks, ensuring seamless communication between the project team and the Head of Social Media.
Your goal will be to deliver projects that meet business objectives, are on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with project management software, particularly Trello, and possesses a comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
This is a temp-to-perm position and requires 3-days / week onsite in Plantation, FL.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of social media projects, from initial planning to final launch.
- Lead communications with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and any potential risks.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Social Media and project team members to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Develop and manage project schedules, deadlines, and resource allocations using Trello and other project management tools.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet established quality standards and project specifications.
- Identify and proactively address project risks, providing solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Facilitate team meetings and project briefings, ensuring clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Review social media project metrics and performance data post-launch to identify areas of improvement for future projects.
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with social media projects, within an agency environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Trello.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their unique requirements and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing communications across teams.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience identifying potential project risks and developing solutions to mitigate them.
