ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Organizes personnel assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements
- Perform daily employee performance & attendance management actions
- Assist in developing and orientate new team members
- Drive and lead organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives
- Implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members feedback and suggestions on opportunities
- Assist in developing a culture focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Communicate relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members
- Collaborate cross functionally with other departments and organizational stakeholder
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or closely related field is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted in place of degree requirement. EXPERIENCE
5+ Years relevant experience in a manufacturing with at least 2+ years of leadership experience
