RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee elementsof preschool and progressive gymnastics as well as parkourprograms
Plan and manageDahl (La Crosse) gymnastics facility events clinics andclasses
Plan andcoordinate specialevents
Assist in thehiring leading and training process for parttime parkour andgymnasticsstaff
Buildrelationships with all gymnastics and parkour participants andfamilies
Work closelywith the Gymnastics Director to provide quality gymnastics andparkourprogramming
Requirements
Must haveexperience with the sport ofgymnastics
Knowledge ofboth recreational and competitivegymnastics
Willingness toobtain and maintain USA Gymnasticscertification
Ability to liftequipment up to 70lbs and spot gymnasts up to 130pounds
Knowledge andexperience in all aspects of tumbling & apparatus workworking with children and organizingclasses
Experience insupervising and leading a team ispreferred
