This is a CONTINUOUS recruitment for an applicant POOL to fill part-time, temporary, hourly assignments on an as-needed basis.

The minimum of one of the following awarded / conferred from a regionally accredited institution :

• Any Bachelor’s degree or higher AND 2 years of professional experience; OR
• Any associate’s degree AND 6 years of professional experience; OR

• California Community College credential, Valid for Life (no longer issued), authorizing service as an instructor in the appropriate discipline;

• Minimum 5 years experience working in industry related to construction management with emphasis on management.
• Teaching experience.

License(s) & Other Requirements Working Environment : Essential Duties & Responsibilities Teaching Construction Management courses to construction management students.

• Teach classes in accordance with course outline of record.
• Participate in required faculty training activities as needed.
• Prepare and submit documents as required by the Division and the Department in a timely manner.
