POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 2 years of professional or administrative experience
- Experience in school administrator (preferred)
- Master’s Degree in Educational Administration (preferred)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Works closely with the Leadership Development team to design, develop, and implement HPS leadership programs.
- Assists in designing, organizing and implementing Performance Management systems for administrators and non-teaching roles.
- Trains stakeholders on Performance Management Systems and provides them with periodic reports
- Assists management of all work streams toward the vision of HPS.
- Collaborates with HPS districts, campuses, and Central office departments in regards to implementation of leadership development programs
- Uses data to drive decision-making about program content and structure
- Assists in organizing and coordinating annual Leadership Summit, Principal Summit, and other occasional leadership development events
- Assists in developing and maintaining Learning Management systems.
- Assists in developing and coordinating professional development sessions for assistant principals, principals, and other leadership teams.
- Maintains the content on Harmony Leadership Development webpage and keeps the information current.
