Position Summary
As a key member of the Marketing Team, this individual manages and oversees the planning and execution of events for Landscape Structures.
This role will engage and collaborate with a variety of internal and external audiences including Marketing, Sales, Design, Rep channel and external partners.
Additionally, this role will partner on a variety of marketing activities across the organization and Rep channel including tradeshows, customer, employee and Rep events, and related projects and programs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Organizes tradeshow and event requirements, processes, and manages expectations from initial planning and concepts to implementation, budgeting and follow up.
Responsible for the strategic and tactical aspects of event project management
Project manage variety of marketing requests and activities from internal customers and Rep channel related to events and tradeshows, sponsorships and more.
Develop project plans incorporating required resources and timelines to meet goals and metrics
Manage event vendors and inventory of physical booth properties and assets
Collaborate to create event plans including budget, pre-event marketing, registrations and attendance, show floor presence, marketing vision, additional customer events and post-event follow-up
Manage online storefront including branded promotional items inventory and sourcing of new items
Develop strong Rep and external partner relationships
Work with company sponsored marketing programs / partnerships
Support marketing projects as they come up, including project management.
Maintain a strong knowledge base regarding and work effectively with LSI channel, LSI employees, customers and audiences

- Sales and Marketing Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Administration and Management Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Time Management Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Judgment and Decision Making Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; emphasis in marketing, or advertising a plus
3+ years marketing or event management experience required
Strong project management skills
Comfortable working in platforms like CRM, DAM, Marketing Workflow or similar
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Experience with Cvent online registration platform a plus
Ability to analyze, think strategically and collaborate across levels of the organization
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills
Travel required based on tradeshow needs (averages 1x month for 3-10 days)
