Red River is seeking a Director, Civilian Cybersecurity Sales
to drive the expansion of our cybersecurity technology solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, emerging technologies, and a proven track record of driving growth in a technology-focused role.
This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
The primary objective of this role is to drive new revenue streams for Red River.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the cybersecurity technology landscape.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute a growth strategy for our cybersecurity technology solutions, including short-term and long-term objectives.
- Product Portfolio Management : Manage and enhance our cybersecurity technology product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with market demand and business goals.
- Partnerships and Alliances : Build and maintain strategic partnerships with cybersecurity technology vendors, fostering collaboration and revenue generating relationships.
- Sales Enablement : Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create sales enablement materials, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Customer Engagement : Engage with key customers to understand their cybersecurity technology needs and provide solutions that meet those requirements.
- Competitive Analysis : Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and offerings to identify areas where we can gain a competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of enterprise selling in the Civilian market
